Located in Simele, Dohuk. This project consists of greenhouses, a fruit processing plant, warehouse, cold storage depot, fruit and fruitful trees area, heavy vehicle park, administration building, accommodations, recreation building, and related electrical and mechanical works. It has an area of 576,660 m2.
It holds great importance for Duhok and Kurdistan Region, considering the lack of cold stores to save products, while the agriculture sector is a strategic scheme for the government to develop.
