The project is in Simele, Duhok. It includes greenhouses, calving cows’ barns, calves’ barns, dairy cattle barns, heifer fertilizing barns, milk, and milk products processing plant, manure handling investment and biogas production plant, meat processing plant, fodder manufacturing plant, administration building, accommodation, recreation center, alfalfa, and cornfields.
The total area taken up by the project is 2,500,000 m2. It’s one of its kind in the
Kurdistan Region which will play a key role in enhancing local production in a
region that relies on imports to fulfill the demand.
